“Passion for Space: How Young People Can Get Involved in Space Activities” will be the theme of the conference scheduled during “Fly Future 2023”.
This will be the first time that all major Italian associations involved in space and astronautics dissemination will participate in the event. These include ISAA, BIS Italia, ASIMOF, Scuola di Astronautica, Astrospace, Space Voyaging, SASA, PoliSpace, AESA, AMSAT Italia, ACME and Involve Space.
During the conference, they will present their original initiatives, such as live streaming to follow space missions, online astronautics magazines and forums, construction and launch of rockets, stratospheric balloons or nanosatellites, space modeling, and even radio connections with astronauts aboard the International Space Station. The various associations will also have stands available to meet young visitors and illustrate their activities.
Fly Future 2023 will take place on Tuesday, May 23 and Wednesday, May 24, 2023 (9:30 am-5 pm) at the European University of Rome.
The program includes about 20 conferences and meetings, which will be attended by civilian and military pilots, astronauts, flight schools and aeroclub managers, executives of organizations, airlines, and aerospace companies, researchers, professionals, and experts.
Space Voyaging is thrilled to participate in this significant event and showcase our efforts to make space science and technology accessible and engaging for everyone. Our goal, from day zero, is to provide the latest news and technical insights about space exploration and engineering in a way that is appealing and easily understandable to the general public, regardless of their educational background.
We will present our project and next steps, aimed at inspiring and engaging young people in space activities. We look forward to sharing our passion for space with attendees at the event.
Moreover, during the event, we will have a stand where visitors can learn more about our activities, and we will be available to answer any questions about our project and provide information about the opportunities available to those interested in space.
We look forward to meeting young people who share our passion for space and inspiring them to become the next generation of space explorers.
