The agreement

Sidus, a space company dedicated to offering a wide range of hardware manufacturing and engineering services, is developing a constellation based on its LizzieSat™ satellites. The first spacecraft was launched aboard SpaceX’s Transporter-10 mission on March 4, 2024.

The LizzieSat™ constellation provides advanced environmental and safety monitoring solutions through a wide range of AI-driven in-orbit data collection services. It offers near real-time detection of vegetative stress and emissions.

The company’s platform integrates real-time and historical data seamlessly through data fusion, providing a comprehensive view of emissions sources and environmental changes. Furthermore, Sidus relies on a global ground station network to provide customers with efficient data distribution.

LizzieSat’s services are developed to meet the needs of various sectors such as urban planning, agriculture, energy, maritime, and defense. The satellites are equipped with different instruments like Multispectral Imaging (MSI), Hyperspectral Imaging (HSI), and Automated Identification System (AIS).

To enhance the constellation capabilities Neuraspace will provide Sidus with high-precision tracking and real-time conjunction screening. Neuraspace’s service is optimized by a global network of ground-based sensors, including optical, radar, and laser systems. LizzieSat™ will also benefit from Neuraspace’s two-line element (TLE) data and refined orbit determination, which ensure accurate satellite identification and safety during separation.

Carol Craig, CEO of Sidus Space stated: “This agreement is a strategic step as we prepare for the launch of our next LizzieSat™ satellite, which is manifested to launch later this year. […] We believe that the high accuracy and efficiency enabled by Neuraspace’s advanced AI and ML capabilities makes them the right STM partner for Sidus.”
